Use unique passwords, authentic websites and recovery methods alongside network protection.

1. Use a unique password for each important account.
2. Check the real website address before signing in.
3. Enable supported multi-factor authentication.
4. Save the service recovery codes in a separate safe place.
5. Keep your device updated and locked.
6. Do not share codes with anyone claiming to be support.

Check the result

A VPN does not authenticate a website or protect an account after you give away its password. TOTP and recovery access are separate from the VPN connection.

When you need support

Include your device platform, app version, network type and the step that failed. Remove personal information from screenshots. Never share passwords, account tokens or recovery codes.
