Cancel HaloVPN subscription renewal

Follow these steps

Manage automatic renewal in the store where you made the purchase.

1. Identify whether Apple or Google Play billed the purchase.
2. For Apple, open your Apple account subscription settings.
3. For Google Play, open Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
4. Select HaloVPN and follow the cancellation confirmation.
5. Check the store confirmation and access end date.
6. Keep the receipt if you need billing support.

Check the result

Uninstalling or deleting the Halo account does not cancel store billing. Trial deadlines and access after cancellation are controlled by the store and plan shown at checkout.

When you need support

Include your device platform, app version, network type and the step that failed. Remove personal information from screenshots. Never share passwords, account tokens or recovery codes.
