Start with Smart Connect or a nearby city. On Android, include Mobile Legends if you use app routing.
Warm up before ranked play
Try a practice session and check the game’s network indicator. Keep the route stable after entering a match.
Finish updates and any Wi-Fi sign-in before connecting. Choose your route before a match, not during it. A VPN may increase latency; compare on the same network and follow the game’s rules.

The game keeps reconnecting
Avoid switching Wi-Fi, mobile data or VPN locations during a match. If the VPN itself stops on Android, check battery restrictions and other VPN apps. Compare after the match on a trusted network.
Resources or login will not load
Check the official game notices, storage and account sign-in method. Keep your normal game edition and use official account support when the message concerns your account.

Can a VPN choose my opponents or guarantee another region?
No. Matchmaking and account regions are controlled by the game. Choose your connection for measured quality and follow the game’s rules.
Will HaloVPN lower my ping?
Not always. Your network, the distance to the VPN and game servers, and congestion all affect the result. Compare the same game mode and network before deciding; a VPN can also add delay.
Does a VPN unlock accounts or change game rules?
No. HaloVPN does not remove suspensions, change account eligibility or guarantee a matchmaking region. Use the game’s official account and support options, and follow its rules.
