Get HaloVPN and the official Call of Duty: Mobile app. Complete the maps and resources you plan to use.

Try practice and a voice check
Open a practice session, test movement and try voice with a teammate. Keep the same route once the match begins.
Finish updates and any Wi-Fi sign-in before connecting. Choose your route before a match, not during it. A VPN may increase latency; compare on the same network and follow the game’s rules.

The update will not finish
Check free storage, game version and the official update notice. Try a stable trusted network and pause competing downloads. Repeated location changes will not fix missing storage or an incomplete installation.
The game connects, but play feels delayed
Compare the same mode, device and network in practice. Check whether the issue is high ping or low frame rate. If another route performs worse, return to the better measured connection between matches.
Voice or sign-in fails
For voice, check microphone permission, audio settings and the headset. For sign-in, use the official account recovery flow. Do not share account codes or try unofficial clients.

Does this guide cover Warzone or PC Call of Duty?
No. This guide is for Call of Duty: Mobile on phones and tablets. PC and console editions have different setup and support requirements.
Will HaloVPN lower my ping?
Not always. Your network, the distance to the VPN and game servers, and congestion all affect the result. Compare the same game mode and network before deciding; a VPN can also add delay.
Does a VPN unlock accounts or change game rules?
No. HaloVPN does not remove suspensions, change account eligibility or guarantee a matchmaking region. Use the game’s official account and support options, and follow its rules.
