Apple purchases
Use Apple’s refund request page to check whether a purchase is eligible and view its status. Follow the current Apple interface.
Google Play purchases
Follow Google Play’s official refund help using the Google account that made the purchase. Refund eligibility and decisions follow the store’s rules.
Cancel future renewal separately
Cancelling future renewal and requesting a refund for a paid purchase are separate actions.

Check the original store account and restore purchases in HaloVPN. Do not buy again to test your entitlement.
